Answers:
While we all need a certain amount of water each day to survive, excessive water can be dangerous!. Not only does the kidney strain excess "junk" from the blood, it also removes a certain amount of needed electrolytes!.

Excessive drinking of water can throw you into an electrolyte inbalance!. This can have ramifications for the heart and our general health!.

Moderation is the best policy!. If in doubt, check with your doctor!.

Water is good for you!. That doesn't mean you should drink a gallon of water at a time though!.

It is possible to kill yourself drinking too much water (but this means you are doing it on purpose)!. No doubt this would damage, all kinds of internal body organs!. And perhaps your kidney!. Hyponatremia!. Wikipedia it!.

"In January 2007 Jennifer Strange, a woman in Sacramento, California, died following a water-drinking contest sponsored by a local radio station, Sacramento-based KDND-FM!.[1]!. The fact that the contest was called, "Hold your wee for a Wii" has led some to believe that not urinating is related to hyponatremia!. This is untrue; this type of water intoxication is caused by excessive and rapid consumption of (sodium-free) water!."

"James McBride, a police officer with the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia, died of hyponatremia on August 10, 2005!. Officer McBride had been participating in a strenuous bicycle patrol training course!. During a 12-mile (19 km) training ride on the second day of the course, Officer McBride drank as much as three gallons (11 liters) of water[5]!."Www@Answer-Health@Com
