Answers:
Reducing your sugar intake might help as sugar can decrease growth hormone!. See item 40 (of items 1-146) in http://www!.rheumatic!.org/sugar!.htm which gives 146 reasons why sugar is ruining your health!.

Having been anorexic may have stunted your growth!. You probably have one year's growth left as girls usually stop growing at 15 so you will probably peak at 5'3 in the next 12 months and hopefully it will be a bit taller!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get enough sleep!. Growth hormone is produced during sleep!. Ask your doctor to check your growth hormone level again so you will know if it is normal!. Take enough calcium!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
