Wayy to stressed out?!

okay, so i have this class trip on monday to great adventure (six flags) and idk why but im really stressed out about it!. andd thia friday i have graduation, which is very complicated, because i have to wake up early to do my hair, then hav a mass, then brunch, then go to a hair appioment, then get dressed, then have another mass, then have a huge party!. i know i should be excited, but everytime i think about it my heart startes bveating really fast, my breathing quickens, and i sometmes get really dizzy!. i need some ways to calm down or jsut chill out before i go crazy! pleasee help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Geeze, you sound like me!. Like, exactly like me!.

First things first, get a good night of sleep before the big days, I know it sounds lame, but getting a good night of sleep always helps keep my anxiety away, as does drinking water!.

Second, don't eat crap before the big days, like salty french fries or fast food, it makes you feel like crap!.

When you get dizzy and short of breath, walk away for a minute!. Step away, and breath, slow, deep breaths, again, it sounds lame, but it really helps!.

Write down your day, be on a schedule, but give everything a block of time to be a few mins late so you don't freak out!.

Remember, this is your graduation, everyone is proud of you and happy to see you, your classmates want to have a kick *** time with you!.

You are a smart, wonderful person, these days are your days, and when they're over you'll honestly say "I was that nervous over this!?!"

I swear!. It's not that bad!. Just get plenty of sleep, drink plenty of fluids, and breathe!. DONT FORGET TO EAT!. Your appetite really can alter your moods!. Light a candle, listen to calming music, and seriously, breathe!.

If this becomes a serious problem for you and it's not just the big days, then see a psychiatrist for fear or anxiety or something, but odds are, you're having the pre-grad jitters, which EVERYONE gets, after all, this is the start of the rest of your life!.

Do deep breathing: Inhale thru your nose; exhale thru your mouth; rest!. Do each for a count of 3!. Do for 5 minutes at a time!. Make sure when you inhale your stomach inflates & when you exhale your stomach deflates!.
Start practicing tonight!.

Play calming music; spray lavender in your room; drink chamomile tea; take valerian root for calming!.

Think positively!. Repeat to yourself: "I will make it thru this";
"I am having a good time & am excited"!.

Graduation is an exciting time, but can also be scary because it's going into the unknown or new situation!.

Just try to stay calm ok !. I know is your day and all just be yourself be more confident !. If you get very dizzy , try drink juice nd take a nap!. Also take a deep slow breath and stay calm!. Just enjoy yourself , you are a wonderful person than you realized !. I really think you are a special person!. Make sure you don't eat greasy food , it happens to me alot when i eat to much grease i ended up dizzy!. Just have fun in your life !. I hope it helps you !. Baby Girl
