There is no truly fast way but there are some things you can do to speed it up a little!. As soon as possible after you get the burn soak in a cool bath for 20 minutes or so!. It might be tough to get in but it will feel good once you are in!. Then apply Aloe Vera lotion or gel!. This a proven remedy that Hawaiians have used for a long time!. When shopping for Aloe to put on your burn read the ingredients on the bottle!. Many products say they are aloe lotion or gel but have only a tiny bit of aloe in them!. Look for one with aloe vera as the first ingredient if possible!. That means there is more aloe in the product than the other ingredients!. If you can't find it as a first ingredient go for the one with aloe as close to the top of the list as possible!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You cannot force it to go away, but you can make sure to cover your burn if you go outside!. The number one remedy I know of is using Aloe Vera!. Best if straight from the plant!. You break the leaf and rub it on your problem area!. A good high concentrate aloe vera cream can do it too - try and get one without all kinds of extra ingredients!.

While waiting, eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, take a multivitamin and stay hydrated!.

Don't peel any scabs and don't scratch the area!. Just let the skin fall off by itself!.

You can gently massage around the burn to increase bloodflow, but I recommend against touching the burn unless you're applying cream!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

there's no quick cure for sunburn I'm afraid - it usually starts to ease in a couple of days anyway!.

Best treated with just cold!./cool water!. Don't put any lotions or potions on it (other than Calamine Lotion which will soothe it) as they will prevent the heat from getting out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Put 5 or 6 Alka-Seltzer tablets in the bath tub after you get in, it will help sooth the pain!Www@Answer-Health@Com
