In my opinion smoking then second hand!. Its both dangerous smoking causes our production of proteins to goof up and therefore leads to cancer plus a smoker gets weakened bones, and lungs!. And there a lot more complications than that such as getting mad easily!. and stuff me and my mom and my grand mother smokes but i've quit recently because my grandmother had lung cancer!. I've noticed how my mom gets all mad easily and my grand mother having a terrible cough and phlem problem and me I im not improving on anything I physically do!. I cant breathe right when im running and that stuff!. So it in my opinion it did most damage for the first degree smokers!.
and second hand smoke is just dangerous because they can inhale the second hand smoke + the CO2 that will be exhaled so thats just that if you stay away from smokers youll be all fine!. right now if i smeel a cigarette smoke it makes me want to throw up i dont know why!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

SHS is way worse, because you didn't asked for it!.
I think there was a article in Readers Digest, which said that SHS was worse!.
I think it was like this:
For people who DO NOT smoke, SHS is FIVE TIMES as worse than the FHS for the smoker!.
Anyway, only anti-social people would smoke somewhere where it could give SHS to non-smokers!. Unfortunately, there are still hundreds of millions of those people!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would think that smoking would be more harmful because your inhaling more smoke then you would be if somebody else was smoking around you!.
