Dizzyness, feeling faint and lightheaded when I stand up -- Why is this?!

Question: Dizzyness, feeling faint and lightheaded when I stand up -- Why is this!?
--I'm not on any medication and not much has changed in my life within the last three years or so that this could be due to!.
I notice that it happens more often when I haven't had anything to eat (like for breakfast) -- but it's not limited to only then; it happens all the time!

When I stand (when I wake up in the morning or even when I'm just sitting on the couch) I have to stop and hold on to something or sit down fast because I feel like I'm going to faint!.

I've actually passed out twice in the past month b/c I tried to jump out of bed to grab the wringing phone and collapsed and banged myself up pretty good on the ceramic tiles in my kitchen! But I'm pretty healthy overall!.

As soon as I get up, I feel dizzy and I can't see -- it's like a blurry and a fuzzy white color!.
As for now, the only solution I have is to grab a seat for a few seconds until it goes away or to just stand there holding on to something so I don't collapse!.

It's really annoying - please help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like a blood pressure problem!. Particularly since it happens most often when you stand up in a hurry !. If you go from resting to standing in a hurry your blood pressure can drop low enough to get dizzy and pass out, If you are dehydrated it don't help !. You should consult a Dr, about this it could be B!.P!. or Diabetes or a mix of things!. Good luck and God bless!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You really need to go to the dr and not ask on here you will get a ton of answers but the only one that will be great is the one you get from your dr!.!.!.!.!.

I mean you could have uneven fluid in the brain, vitamin deficiency, concussion from one of your falls!.!.!.!.

It could be low blood pressure, or low blood sugar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is due to a weak adrenal gland function!. It is more typical than you can imagine in America today!. It is a result of diet and the lack of quality sleep!.

If you are eating the SAD diet, (standard American diet) that is Low in fat, high carbs, no red meat, and low salt diet, you are severely abusing your adrenal glands!.

If you are deficient in fats, your body cannot make endocrine hormones, simple as that!. If you are eating low fat, and high carb diet, your body is in a state of stress due to the adrenal glands being overworked and too much cortisol is being produced!. We were designed to eat fat and these low fat diets are just stupid!. Your heart runs on saturated fat!. Breast milk is 50% saturated fat, 35% monounsaturated fat and 15% polyunsaturated fat!. That is supposed to be the perfect food for a human!.

The endocrine is a system of complex relationships and when you have a weak endocrine organ, like the adrenals, it affects all the other endocrine glands!.

So eating lots of carbs, including sugar, veggies, fruits, etc!. and not enough fat and protein will stress the adrenal glands!. If you do not get at least 5 hours of uninterrupted sleep at night, your adrenal glands will not recharge!. When all this happens, you will get dizzy when you stand up!. You will also, most likely have digestive issues like constipation because the adrenal glands are responsible for making you hold water in your intestines!.

Go to the following: (800) 370 - 3447 and order the "Adrenal Complex!." Take 9 of these capsules before noon each day and your problem will get much better within a day or two!. That only treats the symptom, you need to get to the root cause and that is diet!. I strongly suggest you locate a good Certified Nutritional Therapist in your city and have them test you for specific nutritional deficiencies and recommend a diet and supplementation!.

good luck to youWww@Answer-Health@Com
