Why are my joints popping more since I started exercising again?!


Question: Why are my joints popping more since I started exercising again!?
I have recently started exercising again!. Now my joints are popping a lot more (even my neck and back)!. Is it because my muscles are getting stronger!? Is there something I should do to help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
