What's it called when your fingers or toes slowly "pull" inward?!

Question: What's it called when your fingers or toes slowly "pull" inward!?
Like on their own and painfully!?
It's hard to explain but its almost like a muscle is contracting and can't stop!. And then if you don't change your overall sitting or standing position, it'll continue, and then if you straighten out the toe or finger by itself the pain goes away but then it starts curling in again!?
And then if you move totally whatever limb is affected, it usually goes away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A good reason for this is the lack of oxygen reacting specific nerve endings!. Your body contracts your muscles to try to get blood to access those areas!. If it is when you sit or position yourself a certain way, you are most likely restricting blood flow to those areas!.

A good solution, start taking B12 Complex vitamins, as well as drink milk more often (if lactose intolerant, take a Vitamin A,D, pill every 3 days)!. Drink 32oz of water a day or more if you are very active!. And exercise!.

Lack of blood flow, or restriction to an area of the body can lead to future diseases!.

If none of this sounds like you!.!.!.!.I would talk to a neurologist and ensure you do not have the first symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis (not likely, but if it continually gets worse, i would at least mention it to a doctor)Www@Answer-Health@Com
