what are the disadvantages of staying up all night!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It's certainly not good for you!. You'll feel lethargic, possibly nauseous, and it will be difficult to concentrate!. You'll probably have less of an appetite and you'll feel achey and heavy!. It would be difficult to really function normally as the brain needs rest!. The greatest amount of time someone can stay awake for before dying is about 8 days I think, but that's very very unhealthy!. With naps, it's OK, but not solid staying awake for 24 hours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everyone does it sometimes!. Just as long as you don't do it all the time!. Chronic(meaning you do it all the time) sleep loss can increase the risk for all types of health issues like heart disease!. Also, accidents are more likely because you don't pay attention like you should!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i was with a friend last night, and we stayed up till about 5am
really the only thing that happened is we crashed after it for a long time, and now i am like really tired!. nothing really bad happens, unless you do it daily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to remember that there are people who work all night- like me, I'm a nurse!. I just try to take a nap before getting ready for work and then sleep when I get home from work for 5-6 hours!. At least I just work 3-4 nights/week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you stay up all night every night then i would say that it's bad but i know that even my daughter [whos 12] stays up all night with her friends when they sleep over!Www@Answer-Health@Com
