Tension lumps on back of neck?!
Question: Tension lumps on back of neck!?
Every now and again on the back of my neck under my hair line i occasional get a little lump on both sides!.They nomally come when im stressed or tensed!.They get big and then slowly go down to nothing at all!.They do ache a little!.I have been to my doctor who said they where tension lumps!.But at the time i did not have any lumps!.Any one else have any ideas!.ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

when they come you worrie more its a vicious circle so dont stress ok

I usually get TERRIBLE pain in the back of my neck when i'm stressed or very tense, but i've never felt any kind of lumps!.
For the past week or so my neck has been killing me!. It hurts to the point where it hurts to look side to side, or bend my neck!. I've also been very stressed/tired for the past week!. I am now SICK! fever, achey body!.!.!.
So stress can deff!. cause a lot of different things!.!.!.I wouldnt be surprised if it was the cause for lumps on your neck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it sounds like lactic crystals I often find them around shoulders and neck I do holistic massage and regularly find them on people I use some deep efferage and some thumb kneading to break them down then gentle efferage to move it to the lymphatic system to be flushed away I hope that is of some use to youWww@Answer-Health@Com
