Answers:
Milk fat can increase production of LDL low density lipoproteins which is unhealthy!.!.!.can cause plaque in arteries!.

Chocolate milk is usually made with skim milk which is okay, but it includes sugar & carbohydrates which are not healthy!.

White rice doesn't increase cholesterol, but whole grain & brown rice is healthier & is higher in fiber!.

You can try some supplements that can lower LDLs & tryglycerides:
Centrum Cardio
Policosanol 10-20 mg
Beta-sterols (From plants) 650 mg 2X/day
Vit!. B 100 Complex

First of all, you can't 'cause' cholesterol, it's based on high or low density lipoproteins, i!.e!. the types of fats you eat!.
As for milk, chocolate milk is not exactly an all-round healthy version of milk - you should try skimmed, not full-fat as well!. If you want to help lower it, try an alternative butter/margarine product, I don't know if you live in England or wherever, but you might be able to get hold of Flora, which is a good option for those with high cholesterol!.Also, you could try taking statins - these are found in plants and are good for cholesterol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Milk is full of hormones humans don't need!. Milk is for baby cows!. Most cultures outside the USA do not drink Milk!.

MIlk is popularized because the Dairy Industry spends over 400 Millon a year to push it on the US population!.

You won't find any Doctors promoting Milk as a "super food"!.

There is simply no good reason to drink milk!.

If you want to lower your cholesterol!. Cut out Animals Fats and eat oatmeal for breakfast!.

Eliminate Fast Food from you diet all together!. And stop eatin processed foods you buy in a can or in a box!.

And now to answer your quesiton!. Milk contains saturated fat!. So there is a possiblity that if your genetics are coded to produce cholesterol as a result of food intake then YES it could raise your cholesterol!.

But something more to consider!. What is Cholesterol and why is your body producing it!? You can reasearch it and find those answers for yourself!.

Cholesterol is NOT your Enemy!. The Anti Cholesterol drugs do in fact drop cholesterol, but they do NOT lower your risk of a heart attack!. They also have many other dangerous side effects!. It's just big Corporate America making BILLIONS of Dollars!.

The enemy to the Heart is Intercellular Inflammation which is measured better by your level of C-Reactive Proteins!.

http://www!.americanheart!.org/presenter!.j!.!.!.

Cholestoral takes the rap because it's an easy thing to measure in the blood!. But it's just doing its job as a reaction to cellular inflammation!. It's the "flag" so to speak!. It is NOT the problem!. The problem is whatever is causing your body to create too much Cholestoral!.
