I got really bad sunburn. PLEASE HELP!!?!

Question: I got really bad sunburn!. PLEASE HELP!!!?
Okay, so my dad has an inground pool and yesterday my sister, boyfriend and my aunt went over to his house to clean out the pool, pressure wash the cement and weed eat around the pool!. I live in South Georgia and it was about 100 degrees yesterday!. I wore my bathing suit while I was vacuuming the pool and everything!. Then we went swimming!. I was outside for about 8 or 9 hrs and had spf 4 on, but I am very sunburned and in a lot of pain!. Please, someone tell me what to do besides aloe and tea and vinager bc i did this already and it didn't help!. Someone told me to put mayonnaise on it but does anyone know if it works!? because if not, i dont want to bc i hate mayo!. Has anyone tried it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
You don't want to use mayonnaise or anything like that because of the oil in it!. Anything oily will only hold in the heat!. Take some tylenol or advil for the pain, if you're not allegic to those, and apply cool compresses to your burns!. A smooth cloth dipped in cold water and wrung out is more soothing than a terry cloth!.
The object is to remove the heat, and the cold compresses will help do that!. It's going to take time to heal!. SPF4 isn't enough protection!. Use a much higher spf next time, ok!? Sorry you're hurting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

put some ice or put a lotion!.!. dont always go outside and after a week you'll be shreddingWww@Answer-Health@Com

Mayo contains oil and will tend to keep the heat in!.
When you tried vinegar did you just rub it on!?
If so that is an incorrect way to use it!.
Take a tee shirt or piece of cotton cloth and wet it with the vinegar!.
Wave it to cool it, and then hold it against the sunburned skin with the palms of the hands and hold until the palms become hot!.
Remove the cloth and wave until cool and reapply!. Continue to do this until all the heat is drawn out of the sunburn!.
I learned about this when I had sun poisoning in the 60's in Lake Wales and a retired Doctor helped me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
