Will these drugs affect birth control!? My girlfriend is very worried about this!. She had been on Yaz for a week and had sex on Ecstacy a few days after taking LSD!. I have tried to reassure her that she will be fine, but she won't believe me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yaz does not work after only being on it for a week!. it takes 2-4 weeks for birth control to start working!. if you didnt bust a nut in her them u should be fine!. if shes still worried about it go buy a test, if you get 1 it starts at like 10 dollars if u get 2 its like 20 dollars!. get 'first response' and u do not have to be a certain age to buy it!. but for your actualy question: no ecstasy or lsd does not affect birth control pills!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If she was only on the pill for a week, she could still get pregnant because it takes at least one full cycle for the pill to be fully effective!. Taking X and LSD can cause one to forget to take the pill on a regular basis, which is necessary for full effectiveness!. So, both of you should be concerned!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If anything, LSD and ecstacy will make her unpregnant (post-conception)!. I can't imagine either of them interfering with birth control!. Though as stated previously, one week is often not enough for something like Yaz to take effect!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
