Question: Is it true that the people who are introverts are more prone to heart diseases!?
Answers:
A person can be an introvert, or have introverted tendencies, and be completely fine!. It's a matter of personal style !. !.or interpersonal style, if you will!.

If the person is feeling lonely and disconnected from the world, it's one thing!. That loneliness and stress can be harmful!. But if the person is somewhat quiet, enjoys solitary activities, but is close with their family and has a handful of deeply close and trusted friends, they will be fine!.

I am a very quiet person, very pensive, and I do a lot of solitary things!. I am an artist, a writer, and an animal fanatic!. I spend the majority of my time drawing, painting, making jewelry, listening to music, writing, reading, and hanging out with my cats!. I work part time because of school and my employers and coworkers know that I am pretty quiet, but that I can be drawn out with the right conversation!. It just takes a little more to "stimulate" an introverted person in a social situation!.

I can spend most evenings of the week at home, cooking dinner, and doing my "thing" without talking much, but I do talk to my 2 best friends and boyfriend every day, as well as a few casual conversations with others!. I don't let it go on for more than a week without hanging out with a few of my friends or going out drinking/dancing!. I'm not a huge partier, but one night out with the girls holds me over for a little while!. I have a great time just driving and "dancing" to my favorite music!.

Introverts have the ability to keep themselves busy and almost never be bored!. I'd rather be me than some obnoxiously loud, boastful phony person who just rambles on without thought!.

As long as a person is content in their life and they have a few kind souls to keep them company, (including four footed, fury kind souls), they will be just fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I guess theoretically, yeah!. There's definitely no tests that prove it!.

I mean, it can be argued that extroverted people are happier and live more socially active lives, and there's evidence that suggest happier people are more resistant to heart attacks!.

But, again, this is all hypothetical!. There's no real evidence that supports the direct claim, and I can think of numerous arguments against such it!. So!.!.!.

Not sure if I helped much, but I hope so!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

People who live alone have more health problems in general!. It isn't being introvert as much as the type of emotions while you are introvert----being mad at the world or bitter over a relationship or feel that life has not treated you fairly are all very taxing to the body and the heart!. Being an introvert but enjoying all the beauty God gave us and perhaps adopting a needy child overseas and enjoying writing a book in your aloneness is different and does not take such a toll on the body!. People who own pets have lower blood pressure!. Just having contact with another living being helps your health!. That is why premature infants who are cuddled and talked to and stroked thrive while the others have more health issues and less growth!. We all need love and positive emotions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
