Sudden shivers?!

Question: Sudden shivers!?

at least once a day at any given moment i will experience a very fast shiver!. so fast that my whole upper body just shakes for a second from one side to the other!.

anyone know wot causes this or what it even is!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
