How do i stop myself from being hot at the gym?!

Question: How do i stop myself from being hot at the gym!?
Well, the gym I go to has NO ventilation whatsover, no windows or fans or air conditiong!. I am extremely sensitive to heat, if i get hot at all i get a really bad headache, get dizzy and get really tired!. I have been taking a waterbottle and a handheld fan that sprays out water but i still get hot after about 5 minutes of running on the treadmill!. Is there anthing else i can do to keep myself cooled off!? Once i get hot, I go outside to cool down but it doesnt really help!. ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Run or do your cardio workout outside!. What kind of gym is that!? Do they charge you to workout there!? The reason why you're getting headaches and dizziness is because you're getting severely dehydrated!. That is a very serious situation to be in!. You need to drink more water before, during and after your workout!. Drink sports drinks too and also supplements with electrolytes and sodium!. I take Endurolytes by Hammer Nutrition when running outside in the Texas heat!. Depending on your sweat rate, I take 2 capsules about every 2-3 miles also depending on the temperature and humidity that day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

once we start to exercise we start to sweat so there is not much you can do about getting hot
whey does this gym not have any ventilation!?!?
my gym is small but has a/c & fans all around which helps a bit
you need to tell them get fans in the place ASAPWww@Answer-Health@Com

I know it's not the answer you want, but I highly recommend you to change the gym!. That's not a good training environment!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep water with you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
