I am addicted to chewing my nails and to candy!. I need help on how to quit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should put thick nail, strong smelling nail polish on your fingernails so that when you're about to bite your nails you'll smell that strong smell and when the strong smell doesn't affect you then the thick nail polish will stop you from biting any more!.
Addiction to candy!.!.!. I remember when I was younger and would do anything for candy from my parents!.
In my opinion you should TRY and buy candy once or twice a week so that you wouldn't get any cavities!. And if you don't have money to buy anything!.!.!. well that's a good thing you would have less candy addictions and less cavities!.

Chewing nails: try thinking of all of the places your fingers have been - like doorknobs, railings, toilet paper holders, other people's hands that have been itching their butts, keypads, petting animals, pop cans, and on and on!.!.!.!.possibly it will gross you out!.
