Exercising is great!. But if you need serotonin for your brain, I don't think just exercising will be it !. I tried that and had to go back on lexapro!. I love it cause no side effects and its helping me!. Its OK to take meds some of us just don't produce enough serotonin for our brain and alil help is fine!. Good luck with everything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think the best 'medicine' to use is what your pic is showing!. I mean, animal therapy is so beneficial and helpful to helping people in anxiety/depression etc problems!. Animals have a way of calming people down and being excellent companions and friends, especially cats and dogs!. I recommend, just keep with the animals!. Good Luck =) ?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can exercise and swim as it gets rid of the extra stress that builds up !. By doing this it also helps the depression you can also try to use positive self talk whilst doing this!. Use things like "I CAN BEAT THIS" or "I AM A GOOD PERSON AND I HAVE PEOPLE WHO LOVE ME"!. Good luck to you and I wish you health and peaceWww@Answer-Health@Com

lol the picture works!.!.!.!.too bad I have no idea for an answer!. Excercise is good, I remember being depressed a few years ago, and it sucked, but I didn't take any anti depressents and it went away!. Just stick it out and try to be optimistic I guessWww@Answer-Health@Com
