Question: Summer heat cooling ideas!?
i work in a hot metal building and its freakin hot!!one of those cooling things that goes around your neck,ever heard!?u do have a towel in an ice chest that helps alot!.how hot is your job!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, those neck things are great!.
Not sure this will work, but it works for fevers so that they might help with heat:
Put ice cubes in cloths & put on your wrists on your pulse points!.
Take rubbing alcohol & rub it on bottom of your feet!.!.!.it's supposed to cool your entire bottom!.
Till 2 years ago, worked in place with no windows or vents & a tiny fan!.
Used to work in office with no A/C or fans!. It faced south!. In the afternoon we took the temperature & it registered at 120*F without considering the humidity!!!!
(In the winter we worked with our coats & gloves on & we had to write records!!!
Drink water & Gatorade!.!.!.no coffee!.!.!.it's dehydrating!.

Those neck coolers are great, but they can kind of get in the way depending on what kind of work you do!. Just stay as hydrated as you can during the day, keep a water bottle with you if you can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
