He is called a cannibal, meaning a human being eating human flesh!. Normally, and I repeat normally, a human being can eat vegetables and fruits ( herbivore ), or meat from fowls, cattle, sheep, goats ( carnivore ), but since we eat both groups, we are omnivores, but not humans!!
