How to relieve sore/tight muscles?!

Question: How to relieve sore/tight muscles!?
Well the other day, I didn't stretch before I ran up-and-down these humungous stairs 10 times!. So now the back of my lower legs' muscles are tight & sore!. It hurts for me to just go down the stairs!. I have tried putting ice on them, but that only works temporarly!. Once the ice wears off, they start aching again!. I need a good solution that will actually heal my muscles!. But I don't want medicines, I don't have them!. How should I relieve them!? Massage them myself!? More ice!? I have to run again today, so I need them to be healed within 3 hours! Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Don't use ice!.!.!.ice is for keeping down swelling!. What you need to do is get the muscles to STOP contracting and relax!. Soak in a nice warm tub, massage them (or get a friend to do it), and take it easy on them!. Still walk, but don't OVER exert yourself!. If you do it right, you may want to include taking aspirin to relieve some of the pain, you should be fine in no time at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You won't be fully healed in three hours, but put ice on them!. Alternate ice with heat!. Ten minutes ice, ten minutes heat!.!.!. massaging them always helps, even though it might be uncomfortable at first, keep going!! You're basically tearing your muscles over and over without giving them a chance to heal at all!. Make sure you ice, apply heat, and massage!. It'll feel better in no timeeeeeeesa! :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

It is hard to get your muscles healed in 3 hours, good luck!. But, a good massage would be very nice!. Just do your best running today!. Ignore the weekness!. And have a gooood stretch before you start!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ibuprofen!.!.!.should be cheap overcounter to pick up at any local drug store!. Otherwise, try to stretch 15min before any exercise!. stretching seems to help me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

take ibuprofen, soak in a warm tub then put ice on them Good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
