I have so much gas, to the point that my stomach feels stretch to the max!?!

O!.k!. this is the deal, it all started yesterday, my stomach has been so full of gas and i can't take it anymore, have tried to do some research on my own, but all i can come up with is that it might be Gastroenterities!. What do you think!?What can i take to make this go away!?
