Question: I get so nervous!!!?
Whenever I get really upset, or nervous, or scared, I get this horrible stomach pain!. Like I'm going to throw up!. Why does this happen to me and how can I cool my nerves so this won't happen!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have (had) this problem and sometimes it got so bad that if I had to give a speech or go into social situations I would have panic attacks!. All of this makes my muscles hurt afterwards and makes me physically exhausted!. You probably have it to a lesser degree!. I got diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety & panic disorder!. You may just have one of these but if so, see a doctor!. However, controlling your breathing & trying to focus on something else (like a song) helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you get so stressed and nervous that you have actual stomach pain, then you need to find ways to relax!. If you know of an upcoming event that will bring it on, sit down and take ten deep breaths!. Be positive and tell yourself that there is no reason to be nervous!. Even if you don't feel like it, talk yourself out of being nervous or anxious!. Yes, there are medicines out there, but they are not always the answer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you may not know but your back muscles will tighten up causing your stomach to make it seem like you have to poop!. and thorwing up just means your stomach outline etc and like i said back thing tightens up muscles and makes you have to poop!. I would suggest getting something from the docotor or going to wal mart and asking them what you should get!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
