I'll email you!. ruby's mom has it right!. i smoke before bed and that usually does it for me!. also i have tried these herbal pills from wal-mart called sleep MD!. they work fast and are OK!. they don't give me that sleepy buzz like unison does!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm an EMT and I have to be alert 24 hours a day when I'm at work!. I take this and fall asleep, but if we get called out, I'm as alert as ever!.

edit: and, btw, i have been an insomniac since childhood!. i've been prescribed ambien as well as several other prescriptions -- none worked!. the, uh, herbal approach is the only thing that works for me, and, really, i have tried everything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
