Felony, you will go to jail, pay fines, its up to the judge, take the statute number you were charged with and google it for best/worse scenario judge can give you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I wouldn't even try a CII, the prescriptions are handled too much by the pharmacists in that case!. Your only problem is that these people deal with hundreds of prescriptions every day, and are very used to what particular doctor's handwriting looks like, and often their prescribing habits!.
I live in a small town, but we still have a couple fake prescriptions a month, usually from out-of-town doctors (which also raise red flags, we call to verify!.) We don't have people arrested as often, but when they're dumb enough to come back and pick up the prescription, all bets are off!. It also helps to have the county drug task force guy living just a couple of miles away!. Before the roll-out of the state-wide tracking system for pseudoephedrine, we had probably a meth lab bust a week based on our reporting to them!.
Anyway, bad idea, especially for an amateur!. Larger rings do sometimes get away with it for a while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok, this has got to be one of the dumbest questions I have ever heard!. Sorry but how dumb do you have to be to not only do it but go into a public forum and ask someone about it!. The Fed's do monitor the web of all sorts of crimes and the FDA has really cracked down on the monitoring of drugs!. Of course it is a felony and you will get busted!.
If I were the pharmacist I would take the prescription act like I was going to fill it have you wait the 20 minutes and call the cops to come pick you up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
