Answers:
I have a lot of experience with fainting!. I've been tested for a lot of things and let me share what I've learned!. Keep hydrated and make sure you eat a little something every few hours!. If you actually do faint, you will blackout first!. This is a crucial stage because you are still conscious and can try to snap out of it!. Place a mint or anything with a lot of sugar on and under your tounge!. Lay down, and get something cold on your head!. This has saved me SEVERAL times from losing consiousness!. Most women are prone to this feeling when on their period and is extreme heat!. Obvoiusly stress is a factor too!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like low blood sugar levels!. Make sure you are eating right and balance carbs with protein because protein helps maintain blood sugar levels!. Also make sure you are drinking enough water!. When you start to get shaky drink some juice as it contains natural sugars and will act quickly in your system!. If it continues to happen!.!.!. talk with your doctor!.
