Is studying outdoors better or just the same?!


Question: Is studying outdoors better or just the same!?
I am considering studying on my balcony to get some fresh air, because I was horrified to hear someone say "I can't even imagine going outside, I have so much to study!.!.!."

Studying outside is definitely healthier, for a few different reasons!.

Firstly, in general, indoor air is ten times more concentrated (or polluted) then outdoor air, so being in fresh air means breathing clearer oxygen, which is not only healthy for study, but for your respiratory and circulatory system!. (Note: if you want to improve the quality of your indoor air, consider using natural cleaners like vinegar, instead of chemical cleaners which are bad for the environment and your health)!. Additionally, fresh air outdoors means great amounts of good oxygen to your brain!.!. really helps the cells :)

Secondly, being outdoors exposes you to sunlight, hence vitamin D!. Sunlight boosts your energy and mind, producing a happier, more positive feeling!.

Thirdly, its great studying outside, it is more relaxing and the scenery is nicer!
