Really bad skin on my chin/mouth area?!

I've always had amazingly clear skin, at most I'd only ever have 2 spots at any one time!. I'm 18 now so I've pretty much gone through puberty but lately I've had terrible skin around my chin and mouth area!. I have patches of dry, crumbly, flakey skin, as well as spots or just red dots that don;t seem to go away!. I haven't changed my diet or anything, I eat well, drink plenty, etc!. What could be causing this and how can I fix it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
