Does water really help the skin?!


Question: Does water really help the skin!?
I know that drinking water is healthy, and better than drinking things like soda!. But is it true that it really helps the skin!?

I had recently read on a website that water helping the skin is just a myth and that women need to stop drinking so much water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's a matter of degree!. Most people drink enough fluids to keep their skin and body adequately hydrated!. Of course a person who is dehydrated needs to increase their fluids to regain enough water!. Every chemical reaction that happens in your body needs water (H2O) as part of the reaction!. If you do not have enough water the chemical reactions can not happen and you will get ill (what illness depends on what organ is not able to fulfill it's purpose due to lack of water for the reaction)!. The more dehydrated you are, the more organs are affected!. It's important for the skin to have enough water to stay healthy so it will protect you from infection and to prevent you from losing body fluids due to no barrier existing between your organs and the outside world(that's why burns are so serious!. Not only does it allow infection to get in but you lose lots of body fluids due to the extensively broken skin surface)!. So it is important to get enough water but most people will get it as a response to getting thirsty which is our bodies way of saying it needs more water!. Caffienated beverages remove twice as much water/fluids as the beverage contains!. Therefore it is essential to drink plenty of noncaffienated beverages if you drink caffiene or you could become dehydrated!. Sometimes if your life is very hectic you may not take time to listen to your body when it requests water!. Be sure in hectic times to drink some water now and then!.!.!.you'll feel better!.
And, I'm sure you know, do be careful about believing everything you read on the internet!. Unless you have a problem with heart failure or your kidneys, your body will just eliminate any excess fluid you drink by making more urine!. So I don't think a recommendation for women to stop drinking so much water makes any sense!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Water should be consumed as per requirement and the needs of the body!. Disproportionate or immoderate consumption nor inadequate consumption of water, will result in multiple complication!. Drinking water is any day better than consuming soda and it will help to retain moisture of the skin!. It is not a myth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, i heard that it was a myth to!.
But more water the better, it keeps your body flushed of bad toxins!.
Bananas are very good for your skin though, and increase the shine!. =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes, water cleanses your body!. that is why when people get drunk the next day all they do is drink water to get the alcohol out of their body and to feel better!. ever better ice water burns caloriesWww@Answer-Health@Com

I have noticed that ppl w clear smooth skin drink lots of water and eat salmon!. Salmon is very good for the skin and other oily types of fish!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
