not all of them no!. You get the odd one that think nurses are there to "serve only them" but its usually when they start in a new position!. For example a new consultant would develop consultanitis so they think its acceptable t spit there dummy out and have a rant and rave but they are very quickly taught that it isn't acceptable and won't be tolerated!. At the end of the day nurses are the back bone of any department and it wouldn't function without them and docs do eventually learn to appreciate that!.
More often then not the docs are really friendly and helpful and happy to teach you anything you ask!. They are also willing to listen to any knowledge you can share with them too but make sure you have the evidence to back up your theory!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depends on the doctor completely!. Most doctors know that nurses can make their jobs either easy or hard since the nurse is the one with the patient all the time - so they behave accordingly!.
and when doctors are new and in residency for 3 years, they rely on the expertise of the nurses to help them through!

edit: It must be true, I saw this educational film where naughty nurses were being spanked by doctors because their boobs were too big !.!.!. then the nurses spanked the doctors!.!.!. it was a bit confusing, but I got the jist of it!. It must be hard working in hospitals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
