Muscles hurting the day after the day after?!


Question: Muscles hurting the day after the day after!?
It seems that after doing a new form of exercise (in my case, digging the garden for a few hours), you don't hurt the next day, but you do the day after that!. Why is this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its a build up of Lactic Acid in and around your muscles, will take a day or so to go!.
To avoid this in future try 'warming up' (mow the lawn, little bit of weeding) then do some stretches - you can find many sstretches online, aim to stretch as many muscle groups as poss, this will only take up 5 mins of your day but will help to prevent muscle aching in the future, once stretched dig until your hearts coontent!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it might be because your overweight!.!. do exercises to loose that unwanted weight an it will take your mind off the pain!.
