Question: How can I avoid getting a stomach upset when I go to Rajasthan!?
Everyone I know who's been to India says 'Oh you will definitely get at least a few days of throwing up, diarehea, etc'!. I really want to do everything I can to avoid this as 1) I am teaching schoolkids on a busy schedule 2) I'm 5"3 and have only weighed 105lbs all my adult life so can't really afford to lose weight 3) I'm sharing a bathroom and!.!.!.!.you know!.

Don't drink the local tap water, or have ice in your drinks and only buy bottled water from shops, not off the road side, as some of the locals fill water bottles from places you would not like to know about!. I have been to India a few times and have always stayed healthy!. I would advise you also to take malaria tablets!.

Don't eat salads if you can see the foods got a real good rolling boil it will be OK make sure the seal isn't broken on the bottled water and you should be alright!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
