Of course, there are many known OTC and perscription medications known to cause false-positives!. Ibuprofen & Naproxen are most common to show false-positives on THC (Marijuana) tests!. If you're referring to not using 'drugs' meaning OTC, then it would be rare to have a false positive with no foreign medicinal intervention or catalysts!.

Yes!. Believe it or not, eating poppy seeds (like on a poppy seed bagel) can cause you to test positive for opium, since opium is made from poppy seeds!.
Although eating poppy seeds doesn't cause the effects that opium does since the seeds have to be processed into opium!.
But you have to eat a lot of them, but it can happen!.
