Answers:
when you are ill your temperature will be higher, and your heart and breathing (respiratory) rate also gets higher!. the best clinical sign for you to go by is his temperature, as this is something you can measure accurately!. unless you have been taught how to find his pulse you probably won't be able to find and count it accurately, so don't worry about that too much!. with children they have massive compensatory capabilities, so don't worry too much!. take his temperature now, then every 4 hours if you are worried!. try giving him calpol if you think it will help and he takes it!. if you are unsure about the temperature, phone nhs direct for advise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is a natural body reaction when dealing with illness!. The heart can speed up too!. Children have a faster heart beat to begin with so it can appear very abnormal to us when it speads up a little too!. It is actually more common then we know too that children will get episodes of rapid heartbeats that come and go!. The best rule of thumb to go with though is that you mom know how your child is, reacts, looks etc!.!. and you are the BEST judge!. If your insticts tell you that something is just not right and you are not comfortable then by all means take the little guy in and do not hesitate!. You can never be wrong in doing so!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
