Question: We are in a lawsuit against a hospital/doctor that severely neglected my husband's condition!.!.!.!?
after 2 previous misdiagnoses within 4 days, the doc honed in on a diagnosis for my hubby of diverticulitis!. (a disease that my husband showed NO signs of and is too young to be at much risk for) consequently the doc gave him a colostomy (i!.e!. took out part of his colon and caused him to poo out of his side) that he didn't need, closed the incision up improperly causing the deadly infection my husband did have to worsen!.!.!.and finally after 3 surgeries transferred him to a better hospital that after 10 surgeries saved his life!. also at the first hospital, my husband's scrotum swelled LITERALLY to the size of a cantaloupe, and they NEVER x/ray'ed it!. turns out that is where the ongoing infection was "hiding"
do you think we should sue!? for how much!? we found out they did the same to another man who didn't make it, and to several other patients!. mostly we want the world to know how awful this hospital is so no one trusts them w/ their life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are many lawyers that will give you a free consultation to see if your case is likely to win in a lawsuit!. I think there had to be some pretty improperly done procedures/surgeries for your husband to have gone through so much!.
There are some hospitals that no one should go to because of the high rate of complications!. Unfortunately, most people don't realize about it's history of complications until after they are hospitalized and already have developed the complications!. There are several hospitals in my area that I would not go to except in an emergency!. One of my friends died in one of those hospitals as a result of complications after a routine surgery!.
On the issue of xraying the scrotum!.!.!.!.xrays would not pick up anything as it only does bones and a rudimentary image of organs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
