I like to drink lots of water but my bladder must be tiny...?!


Question: I like to drink lots of water but my bladder must be tiny!.!.!.!?
I know that it is recomended to drink lots of water and I would like to!. But if I drink to much then I have to go to the toilet SO much and get up alot during the night!. It really bugs me!. Has anyone got any suggestions about what I can do!.!.!? I am 14!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay, so when you first start to drink a bunch of water, your body isn't used to it so it pretty much flows through you!. Your body will eventually get used to it and you won't have to go as often!. When I started drinking 10 glasses of water a day, this is what happened to me!. So just stick it out!. In a week you will be better!. Hope I helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is NOT recommended to drink lots of water, it is a total myth! I know you hear lots of "lifestyle experts" saying that, but go and ask an experinced doctor and they'll tell you most people drink more than they need!. You only need to eat when you are hungry and you only need to drink when you are thirsty!. If you are peeing a lot it is just your body's way of getting rid of water that it does not need!. Your kidneys have to work really hard to deal with that much water, and drinking too much water can damage them in the long term!.

cut back on some of the water for now!. your still growing!. drinking is good for u but i think anyone would be in the bathroom a lot if they drank enough!. another reason why women are going more often could be the period!. i'm going more then usual when i'm close to starting one!. maybe u should ask your parents to see what the doctor has to sayWww@Answer-Health@Com

i think u should cut down on the amount of water u drink and every three days drink one more glass of water then u did the other days and then your body will get use to it!. right before u go to sleep use the bathroom!. Hope this worksWww@Answer-Health@Com

well you need to get your body used to drinking a lot of water it will get used to holding a lot once you have been continues about it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
