Metallic taste in mouth... sign for concern?!
Question: Metallic taste in mouth!.!.!. sign for concern!?
Hello all,
I am just concerned about a metallic taste I have had for the last week!. It hasn't been all week long!.!.!. kind of on and off!.!.!. It started last week and stayed in my mouth for a couple of days!.!.!. I didn't taste anything for 2 more days!.!.!. and now it's back!.!.!. It stays with me all day long!.!.!. I did have a tooth that had been bothering me 2 weeks ago!.!.!. but has subsided and doesn't hurt at all now!. The taste is mostly on the left side along the side of my tongue!. I have read about it being either a pregnancy or an infected tooth!.!.!. I'm not sure about pregnancy!.!.!. but if I have an infected tooth wouldn't my tooth still hurt!? I must also add!.!.!. no matter how long and well I brush my teeth and rinse my mouth I can't get rid of the taste!.!.!. Please help!!! this is frustrating!!

Hi!. Sounds like a dental problem, although your tooth as healed!. Best is to check with your dentist; maybe you could talk to him over the phone and tell him your symptoms!? If he feels it's necessary for you to see him, he will let you know!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
