Question: My friend's eye doctor says she has a "floatie" in her eye!?
My friend's eye doctor says she has a "floatie" in her eye (basically a black dot that movies around on her eye)!. Every once in a while she catches a white dot out of the corner of her eye!. COuld it be that the light catches it just right and it turns it white!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have one, and if I can hold my eye real still, I can see the black, but when I move my eye, I see a white trail!. Kind of like when you are looking at something that is red for a long time, then move your eye and you see the reverse image in green!.!.!.!.!. I think that might be what it is!.

a floater is a defect in the vitreous humor that causes an abberation in the visual field!.
the abberation turning white is probably from light catching it,
