Answers:
morrowynd - sorry, most prescription water pills don't help because they do not keep your potassium/sodium/ magnesium levels balanced!. You may want to try GNC's Wateretix capsules!.

Also, your swollen feet are a sign of slow lymphatic movement!. Deep breathing can help a lot!. There is a basic yoga breath (What Tony Robbins in his Unlimited Power book called 'the breath of life'), the 1-4-2 breath, which can speed up your lymphatic flow!. To do this TAKE A LONG, SLOW DEEP BREATH (1) and count slowly (1 and 2 and 3) as you breathe in, HOLD (4) that breath for 4 times as long as you breathed in (so if you breathed in for a count of 4, then hold for a count of 16) and slowly EXHALE (2) (by blowing out through your mouth) for a count of 2 times as long as you breathed in (so if you breathed in for a count of 4, then exhale for a count of 8)!. Do 10 breaths at a time (it will take about 2-4 minutes), 3 or more times a day (I do at least 100 of these breaths a day because they are so energizing)!. According to Robbins, this will increase your lymphatic flow by by at least 15%!. Also drink at least 8 glasses of water a day because your lymph is 80% water!.

Lastly, according to physical therapist Peggy Brill in her book "The Core Program" (pg 70-72) you can speed up your lymphatic flow (and reduce swelling in feet, ankles and legs) by doing her 15 minute a day Core program!. Her program is easy to do and ANY woman of any age and fitness level can do it to strengthen their CORE muscles and achieve a lifetime of health and fitness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
