Good Luck!. I drink very strong coffee, like espresso!. Also, keep on the move, don't sit down, not even to drive because sitting down will relax you and you will fall asleep even when driving!.
When I went to Europe, it took me a day and one half to get rid of my jet lag!. But I found when I returned that my circadian rhythms had not changed and I could get back into my natural sleeping patterns without doing anything extraordinary!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
