Maybe allergies!. When you lie down, your sinuses clog more easily!. Then, when you stand up in the morning, your sinuses drain!. The clogging and the draining could cause a very bad headache!. Do you wake up with a stuffed up nose or a sore throat!? Have you been suffering from allergies lately!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

With it being hotter, your body needs more water and more electrolytes!. These can come from fresh fruit or juices, but make sure your water intake is higher!. Sometimes, in the summer people drink more sugary things, like sodas, which actually dehydrate you, and make you thirstier!. Have a glass of water about once an hour!. You can add a slice of lime or a few strawberries if you don't like the taste, but stay hydrated and try to wear sunglasses any time you find yourself squinting (otherwise you'll have headaches and some crow's feet as you get older)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dehydration!. Drink more water!. If you're unrinating a lot you may have your blood sugar checked!. Diabetes can bring on headaches too!.
Stress, do some relaxation techniques before going to bed to help improve your circulation and air flow!.
Allergies!. If you've got allergies they could also cause a headache, try benedryl!. You'll sleep great from it and if this is the cause you won't have a headache when you wake up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok I was doing this for a long time and found out it was because of the way I was laying my head!. I found out I am the type of person who can;t use a pillow!. It makes my head hurt and it feels like I have to take every pain pill in the morning just to get rid of the headache!. Try to change what you sleep on!. If you use a pillow try to add one, fold the pillow up or try sleeping without it!. This could easily be a problem!. Hope it works out for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are probably clenching your jaw/grinding your teeth!. That is the main cause of headaches in the morning!. You could talk to your dentist and see if he sees any wear on your teeth and tell him about your problem and then see if he maybe suggests a night mouth guard of some sort!.

(I am assuming that this is not after a night of drinking!)

Good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might be a little dehydrated by the time you wake up!. Try drinking 8 - 10 ounces of water before bed!. If that doesn't work, take an over-the-counter medication (Advil, Tylenol, etc) before bed and see if that helps break the cycle!. If the headaches continue, do see your doc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
