Does anyone know how to effectively hydrate yourself?!


Question: Does anyone know how to effectively hydrate yourself!?
I am hoping to find a schedule of how much water and when to drink it or something similar!.!.!. I always feel so much better after i have been in the hospital and recieve fluids via IV!. I am trying to get my body fully hydrated and I know it takes a good while!.!.!. and I want to do it right!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should drink 6-8 glasses of water a day!. filtered water from a tap or bottled water!. Keep the amount of salt you take to a minimum!. That includes the amount of salt in processed foods not just table salt!.
Gatorade is used to rehydrate athletes who become dehydrated from perspiration!. It contains salts and minerals to help replenish the same salts and minerals that are leeched out of your body when you perspire!.
If you need a schedule of when and how much, try every hour on the hour ,one 8 oz glass for 8 hours!.
If you only drink when you are thirsty, you are already dehydrated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why do you "always go to hospital to get hydrated!?

Take your weight, divide by 1/2 & that's how many ounces of water you should drink each day!. Add Gatorade also as it supplies the electrolytes your body needs to have your heart function properly!.!.

If you ever feel cramps in your legs, it often means you are in need of potassium!. Eat 2 bananas or a serving of baby carrots or 2-3 carrot sticks!. Eat something salty!.

your body needs alot of water to stay hydrated!.!.!. drink little no sodas and stick to water and gatorade, after i got dehydrated and was released from the hospital i drank ALOT of water to prevent going through the mess again!. I think the actual amount is 8 OZ of water a day!!! Hope that helps!!!! (I threw the gatorade in the mix b/c some people dont like water so that is the only other drink that really hydrates you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

just drink when you are thirsty!. every single body has a different requirement for fluids depending on weight, height, activity level, sodium intake, et cetera!.!.!.!.

many times we go for snacks to eat, when really our body is telling us to drink something!. so drink something first, and if you're truly hungry - your body will let you know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

at least 2 liters of water daily!.!.!. then the rest of the electrolytes coming from artificial electrolytes supplement such as gatorade you can always get from fruits and vegetables!.!. it's natural and it's fresh!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

drink water with a tiny bit of gatorade just so it isn't so plain!. drink like 5 bottles a day!. continue to drink this and you'll get hydrated very quickly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
