Why are my heels cracking while i walk?!


Question: Why are my heels cracking while i walk!?
it doesnt hurt, it is like the sound you make when you crack your knuckles!. its really gross and I dont know why they are doing that!

Sounds like it could be a loose "steel plate" in the shank!.
A shoe repair may be able to tell!.

I would go see a doctor over that, you could be starting to get a type of arthritis or something!. It may start to hurt eventually!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
