How can I get vitamin B12 if I'm a vegetarian?!


Question: How can I get vitamin B12 if I'm a vegetarian!?
My dad is on a motercycle going up to New Hampshire from Florida (LONG WAYYYYYY) He has been telling us that his left arm is sooo numb he can hardly move it!. And dont awnser by saying: just pull over and rest, because he cant he has to keep going he is with a group of motercyle people!. He is a vegetarian also!. What can he do/eat to get vitimin B12!? Is it in dairy products!?PLEASE HELP!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

he can have it by injection at the doctor as I do every 3 months !.this is the simplest way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

go to local drug store and buy over the counter b12 tabs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
