Question: I need to wakeeee up!?
Im on night shift again and im leaving an 20 minutes,i need ANYTHING that'll wake me up besides things i have to go buy because i dont have time!.

my shift is until 2AM and im ALREADY tired =/ blahhh,any help is appriecated!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take a deep breath in, hold it in comfortably and focus on your midpoint of your chest, then after about a minute or so, slowly exhale it out in a controlled way!. Imagine you are soaking in pure oxygen while holding the air in your lungs and it is giving you the equivalent of several hours of rest and energy!. Repeat this about 10 times!. Coffee and a donut with sprinkles for breakfast once a week!.
The rest of the weeks just drink coffee, and instead of a donut, eat a blueberry muffin!.

Take a quick shower right after you wake up!.

bring a bottle with ice cubes in it and when your getting tired splash some cold water or rub a piece of ice on your face to wake you up!. you could always drive by real quick and get a coffee!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your hungry, get some sugar into your system!. Good ol chocolate bar usually works, coffee, hot chocolate, and if your not eating right take vitamin pills!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
