How can i stay up late tonight without getting so tired?!


Question: How can i stay up late tonight without getting so tired!?
i want to stay up tonight and like take a nice bubble bath after everyone in the house is asleep, and then make myself something delicious to eat and watch a movie in my room!. but i tried this last weekend, and i'm just so tired from the week that i fall asleep before i even start!. caffeine doesn't affect me, how can i like energize myself!? and i dont care how late i stay up, school is OVEEERRRR!!! :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

Get some air, do a little stretching and get some oxygen back in the old body, do a few sittups, a couple of pushups, and get the blood flowing!. That should help!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If caffeine isn't working then doing some physical activity will pump in some Adrenaline in your system and keep you up!. Lets see,
You could go for a light jog;
You could go for drive with windows open!.
Go ring your neighbors bell and run back quickly in to your house!.
Play a prank on one of your friends or family members before bed time!.

take a long nap in the afternoon and then you should be energized!. but make sure you put your alarm on to the time you want to wake up at night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
