Irregular pulse and heartbeat and my left side of my body hurts?!

Question: Irregular pulse and heartbeat and my left side of my body hurts!?

i have irregular pulse beat its like 1!.!.!.2!.!.!.!.3!.!.!. boom like a big pulse and i think my heartbeat is faster or slower idk if its just my imagination, and for some reason my left part of the body (before the shoulders) hurt only the top part of before my shoulders does this have any connection!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
