Question: I'm stupid, tired and shy and unhappy!.!?
Is there one medication that can help me, I have trouble paying attention in class, and take naps everyday, and I have trouble talking to new people especially girls!.

You should see your doctor and see what he/she advises you to do!. Taking any medication without a doctor prescribing it can kill you, even if you just take it once!. You can also see a psychiatrist because it sounds like you have some self esteem issues!. Remember no one is stupid!. People just have different ways of learning!.Please do not take medications that are not yours and if you think you feel stupid now-just smoke weed and then you will really feel stupid!. (It landed my son's father in prison for the next 20 years and now he knows that he is stupid ,everyone warned him!.)so be careful of what you doWww@Answer-Health@Com
If you don't mind consult with a psychiatrist or psychologist I don't think this will be a big deal!. A doctor will advise you good and provide you simple doses if necessary that will gain your confidence and it will help in changing your behavior!. Go for a jog and start excercising go to the gym take up boxing or something just excercise because a fit body is a fit mind you will find a lot of the problems you mention will disapear this really will work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
