Is there a good OTC medication for earaches that takes care of all the symptoms?!

Question: Is there a good OTC medication for earaches that takes care of all the symptoms!?
You know, the pain, the dizziness and the nausea!? If you don't know of one, do you know a good home remedy!? There's not a chance in the world of me trying to see my doc today; I have issues with docs and dentists and I'm just not trying to have an earache and face a doc all in the same day!. I think I have one because of taking a shower right before I went to bed and sleeping with 2 fans on!. My sincere thanks in advance for any help you may be able to offer :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Put a few drops of Hydrogen Peroxide in the affected ear, and keep your head tilted while it fizzes for about two minutes!. That will help to clean/dry out the ear!.

GENTLY swab out the ear to get the peroxide out!.

If it still hurts, take Advil for the pain, and use a hairdryer (on warm) to blow on your ear!. It's very comforting!.

BTW, pain makes me nauseous, too!.

I always use decongestants when I have an earache!. Get the ones they have behind the pharmacy counter, though!. Mucinex D is great!.

Other than that, sometimes I put an ice pack on top of my head!. It works especially well for headaches - just right on top of your head!. Seriously!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I actually do have a remedy!

Take rubbing alcohol and vinegar in equal parts and pour a bit into your ear!. Lay on your side for about five minutes or so and then drain!.

Repeat with the other side if necessary!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I always used a little warm sweet oil and a cotton ball!. If I knew where you live, I have some prescription drops that would fix you up!. Sorry you're ill!. Earaches suck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I know of a couple of things!. If you have fluid in your ears causing trouble, putting a little hydrogen peroxide in your ears (alternate ears depending on which side you're lying) and let it work for about 30 minutes, that should help - and it may help deal with infection!.

If you have too much wax build-up, putting garlic willow oil (health food store) or some warm olive oil with fresh garlic juice in each ear for a day or two and then using ear candles (health food store) should help!.

If you don't use the oil a few days to soften the wax, you won't get as much out!. Be sure to follow up with more oil after, otherwise your body will overproduce wax to deal with the dryness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hello Zilla, this Chicken suffers from earaches also!. Sorry you are not feeling well!.

The first question: Sinus!? Take a hot shower, let the water run on your forehead, hot as you can take it!. If you don't have one, get a good nose spray!. I find this takes the pressure off my ears!.

Olive oil: Heat in a microwave for 30 seconds!. Make sure it is not too hot!. Apply to the ear that hurts!. It a few minutes it should feel better!. Often, I will soak a small piece of a cotton ball and place it inside my ear!.

You need to lay with you ear "down" on your pillow!. It will help it drain!. I find it helps to put my "sore" ear on a heating pad!.

I have also used peroxide to "boil" out my ear!. Then put Neosporin inside in case of infection!.

Hon, I am no doctor, just telling you some of the things I do!. Hope it helps!.

(((Zilla))) hope you feel betterWww@Answer-Health@Com
