Question: Can smoking cause spots!?
I've had the odd few cigarettes this week and noticed I've developed a few spots that weren't there before!.
Generally, I'm not a very spotty person, my skin is quite clear apart from the odd menstrual spots which always come up in the same place on my face!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

In short, NO, smoking does not cause spots!.
Spots can occur from a number of different factors, diet, health, life style etc!. Smoking can affect your health which may contribute to problems with your health that may cause spots and other problems these could include your diet/life style but smoking in its self does not cause spots!.
As a smoker for over 25 years all I can say is QUIT the cigarettes!. They are NOT good for your health!. You say you have the odd cigarette, don't get hooked like me! Live life and love it, don't shorten it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

did you know smoking can cause lung cancer !? I would be more worried about that than spots!.
